About the role
- Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler renovation projects
- Process repair orders and prepare the corresponding quotations
- Ensure contract-compliant project execution with regard to schedules, costs and revenues
- Oversee complete change order management
- Maintain customer contact and participate in construction/site meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the area of sprinkler systems
- AutoCAD skills or experience with other design/CAD software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Structured and results-oriented working style
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and a team player
