About the role
- Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects involving sprinkler system retrofits
- Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations
- Contract-compliant execution of projects with regard to schedules, costs and revenues
- Comprehensive change order management
- Customer contact and participation in construction/site meetings
Requirements
- Completed training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally with sprinkler systems
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD/design software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Structured and results-oriented way of working
- Communicative, solution-oriented and enjoys working in a team
