About the role
- Operational support for a defined group of employees and managers on all HR-related matters, e.g. vacation, sickness, maternity/parental leave, contracts and documentation
- Preparation of employment-related documents such as contract amendments, supplemental agreements and issuance of certificates (working hours, salary or employment certificates, parental leave, health insurance forms, etc.)
- Confidential collaboration with employee representative bodies
- Handling of employee onboarding and offboarding
- Participation in HR projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR / Human Resources Management
- Professional experience in HR, ideally in a technically oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of labor/employment law
- Strong communication skills, advisory competence, and a hands-on mentality
- Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
- Business-fluent German
