About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the HR functions for clients, including policies, processes, systems, and initiatives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs
  • Support employee and leadership development
  • Develop succession plans for key positions and critical roles
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key client stakeholders
  • Participate in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Develop new HR policies and review existing policies, tools, and processes
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Deep understanding of benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to adapt to changing dynamics in a fast-paced and nimble environment
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred
