Leverage existing network to identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors
Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings
Craft and deliver compelling presentations, pitch decks, and financial updates
Support the investor due diligence process, including data room preparation, financial documentation, and strategic Q&A
Partner with legal, finance, and executive leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all materials shared with investors
Anticipate investor questions and proactively address information gaps
Serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective investors and manage investor communications (quarterly updates, investor letters, ad hoc communications)
Ensure consistency of messaging across all investor interactions
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to help position the company strategically
Advise the leadership team on investor expectations and fundraising best practices
Continuously refine the company narrative to resonate with the venture ecosystem
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
MBA or CFA a plus
5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising
Proven track record supporting capital raises and managing due diligence processes
Hands-on experience managing due diligence processes, data room preparation, and financial documentation
Established network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors
Strong network within the venture capital and growth investment community
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex financial and strategic concepts into clear, persuasive narratives
High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
