We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to help drive our fundraising efforts and strengthen our relationships with the broader investment community.
Leverage your existing network to identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with VCs, family offices, and strategic investors.
Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings.
Craft and deliver compelling presentations, pitch decks, and financial updates.
Own and manage the investor due diligence process, including data room preparation, financial documentation, and strategic Q&A.
Partner with legal, finance, and executive leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all materials shared with investors.
Draft quarterly updates, investor letters, and ad hoc communications.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to help position the company strategically.
Advise the leadership team on investor expectations and fundraising best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising.
Proven track record supporting capital raises and managing due diligence processes.
Strong network within the venture capital and growth investment community.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
