About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to help drive our fundraising efforts and strengthen our relationships with the broader investment community.
  • Leverage your existing network to identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with VCs, family offices, and strategic investors.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations, pitch decks, and financial updates.
  • Own and manage the investor due diligence process, including data room preparation, financial documentation, and strategic Q&A.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and executive leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all materials shared with investors.
  • Draft quarterly updates, investor letters, and ad hoc communications.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to help position the company strategically.
  • Advise the leadership team on investor expectations and fundraising best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising.
  • Proven track record supporting capital raises and managing due diligence processes.
  • Strong network within the venture capital and growth investment community.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
