About the role
- Drive fundraising and investor engagement, leveraging VC, family office, and strategic investor networks
- Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings
- Craft and deliver presentations, pitch decks, and financial updates
- Own and manage investor due diligence, data room preparation, and financial documentation
- Partner with legal, finance, and executive leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of investor materials
- Draft quarterly updates, investor letters, and ad hoc communications
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment; advise leadership and refine company narrative
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CFA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising
- Proven track record supporting capital raises and managing due diligence processes
- Strong network within the venture capital and growth investment community
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
