About the role

  • Develop visual identities, logos, and branding aligned with Finsolutia’s values and positioning, always with a clear and simplified visual language;
  • Create digital content for social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital ads that are both aesthetic and strategically effective;
  • Design and deliver materials for corporate events (stands, visual supports, flyers, catalogues, invitations, etc.) ensuring consistency and storytelling that connects emotionally with the audience;
  • Guarantee visual coherence across all deliverables, avoiding inconsistencies between formats (logos, banners, presentations, etc.);
  • Apply balanced composition, clear hierarchy, and thoughtful use of space and color to strengthen brand impact;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, IT) with openness to feedback and a constructive mindset;
  • Ensure organized workflows — well-structured files, layers, and nomenclatures — to facilitate teamwork and future iterations;
  • Innovate by testing new tools, workflows, and approaches — including AI-powered design solutions and updated design trends;
  • Create and adapt presentations, decks, and sales materials (PowerPoint proficiency is valued);
  • Bonus: Support with motion graphics and animation for multimedia projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design roles (agency, corporate, or consulting environment)
  • Experience or interest in working with financial, technological, or corporate clients, translating complex concepts into clear and engaging visuals
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality design work with storytelling and strategic alignment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus)
  • Familiarity with no-code tools (Canva Pro or similar) is valued
  • Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color, composition, layout) applied with balance, coherence, and clarity
  • Ability to adapt style to different audiences, formats, and brand universes (digital and print)
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to innovate beyond pure aesthetics, with a functional and strategic approach
  • Growth mindset: open to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-player attitude
