About the role
- Leads execution and oversight of the BLT training program portfolio
- Provides strategic guidance on development methodologies, delivery approaches, and curriculum design
- Directs and oversees the BLT Program Management team, ISDs, OJAs, LXDs, and CSC team
- Manages risks associated with Regulatory Service Agreements (RSA) training obligations
- Oversees identification of department-specific learning needs and designs training solutions
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to strategize solutions
- Directs monitoring, tracking, and reporting to the People Solutions Leadership Team on training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in securities regulation or compliance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing, leading, and evaluating employees in a team environment
- Superior judgment in managing sensitive information and high-risk projects
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Knowledge of federal securities laws and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is a plus
