About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert in Integrated Talent Management
- Partner with HR business partners and senior leaders
- Design, develop, and lead integrated talent management processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of integrated talent management initiatives through reporting
- Facilitate training on talent management processes
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with management
- Guide people leaders towards developmental solutions
- Manage or coordinate external vendors for optimal resource use
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of seven years relevant experience
- Experience managing people or cross-functional teams
- In-depth project management skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence to achieve outcomes
- Experience working with the level of Vice President and above
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Advanced degree or relevant certification desirable
