Responsible for the architecture, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise collaboration, messaging, and identity platforms

Vendor and financial management including Microsoft licensing optimization
Maintain 99.9%+ uptime SLOs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
At least ten (10) years of related experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience
Minimum of 5 years of technical project, program and/or practice area oversight
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams
Site Reliability Engineering mastery
Strong DevOps and automation expertise
Experience in security and compliance leadership
Executive stakeholder management skills
Hands-on technical credibility in Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, mobile device management
Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
