Key responsibilities & impact

Owning the end-to-end business development process
Acquiring a limited number of highly strategic enterprise partners
Managing complex B2B sales cycles of up to 6 months
Proactively identifying and engaging partners
Developing tailored partnership and value propositions
Driving commercial discussions and deal structuring
Representing Finperks in partner meetings and industry events
Building and maintaining a focused partnership pipeline
Continuously gathering market and partner insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

A structured and disciplined working approach
A hungry, ambitious, and goal-driven mindset
High frustration tolerance and resilience
Genuine passion for working with people
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in French (mother-tongue) and English (C1)
Willingness and flexibility to travel within Europe approximately 2–3 times per month
