About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and manage regulatory reporting to the Bank of Lithuania, including FINREP, IRRBB, B-09, PFI, and other required reports.
Support monthly and quarterly internal and supervisory reporting processes.
Collect, validate, and reconcile financial data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes at Bank, Group, and consolidated level.
Support capital-related topics, including capital table updates, valuation inputs, and reporting.
Perform interest calculations for loans and deposits, and resolve data inconsistencies or system-related issues.
Assist with investor-related materials by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
Work with large datasets and continuously improve data quality and reporting processes.
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and IT teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flows.
Take a hands-on approach where needed — from data handling to report preparation and process improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4+ years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or similar role (banking or financial services is a strong advantage).
Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g. FINREP or similar frameworks) is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and logical thinking — you understand data, not just process it.
High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over accuracy and deadlines.
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems.
Structured, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working across finance, risk, and data/IT areas.
Strong Excel skills (experience with data tools or automation is an advantage).
Reliable under pressure, especially during reporting cycles.
Willingness to be hands-on and solve problems, not just execute tasks.
Fluency in English language.
