About the role
- Prepare and manage regulatory reporting to the Bank of Lithuania, including FINREP, IRRBB, B-09, PFI, and other required reports.
- Support monthly and quarterly internal and supervisory reporting processes.
- Collect, validate, and reconcile financial data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes at Bank, Group, and consolidated level.
- Support capital-related topics, including capital table updates, valuation inputs, and reporting.
- Perform interest calculations for loans and deposits, and resolve data inconsistencies or system-related issues.
- Assist with investor-related materials by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Work with large datasets and continuously improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and IT teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flows.
- Take a hands-on approach where needed — from data handling to report preparation and process improvement.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or similar role (banking or financial services is a strong advantage).
- Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g. FINREP or similar frameworks) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking — you understand data, not just process it.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems.
- Structured, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working across finance, risk, and data/IT areas.
- Strong Excel skills (experience with data tools or automation is an advantage).
- Reliable under pressure, especially during reporting cycles.
- Willingness to be hands-on and solve problems, not just execute tasks.
- Fluency in English language.
