About the role

  • The Chief Operating Officer will be a Member of the Management Board of Finora Bank.
  • Responsible for designing, formalizing, and continuously improving the Bank’s operating model.
  • Ensure scalable growth, operational efficiency, and disciplined execution in a regulated environment.
  • Serve as the central driver of execution architecture, ensuring that technology, operations, and product delivery function as an integrated and efficient system aligned with the Bank’s strategic development.
  • Establish and maintain an effective, end-to-end operating framework across the Bank.
  • Institutionalize clear process ownership, accountability, and measurable efficiency improvements.
  • Drive optimization of cost structure, processing timelines, and operational productivity.
  • Provide strategic direction for technology enablement in close cooperation with IT leadership.
  • Lead the implementation of automation initiatives to reduce manual dependency and enhance straight-through processing.
  • Ensure systems and processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience within a regulated financial services institution
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling technology-enabled operations
  • Demonstrated success improving structural efficiency, productivity, and cost discipline
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, systems integration, and process governance
  • Experience in digital banking, fintech, or complex financial platforms is highly desirable
  • University degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
