About the role
- Product Ownership of Customer Onboarding across digital and traditional channels
- Design, optimize, and continuously improve onboarding flows for different customer segments
- Ensure smooth integration with Core Banking Systems (CBS)
- Align onboarding processes with AML, KYC, and compliance requirements
- Implement identity verification and digital onboarding solutions
- Continuously improve conversion, speed, and customer satisfaction
- Act as the bridge between business, compliance, and IT
- Prepare detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead integrations with Core Banking Systems (Probanx or similar)
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases
- Ensure onboarding is secure, compliant, and scalable
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of end-to-end onboarding processes
- Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems (Probanx or similar)
- Experience integrating APIs and working with technical teams
- Experience implementing AML/KYC processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
