About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a portfolio of high value SMEs clients across European markets
- Proactively engage with clients - outreach, QBRs, check-ins
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build genuine relationships with decision-makers
- Use data to inform outreach priorities and commercial conversations
- Monitor account health signals and intervene early
- Maintain clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Contribute to team learning using Modjo call intelligence
- Work closely with onboarding, product, and support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years in account management in fintech or B2B SaaS
- Former outbound or business development experience
- Commercially sharp mindset
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
- Fluent in English and a second European language (either Italian, French, German)
- Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Slack; Modjo or equivalent call tool is a bonus
