About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of high value SMEs clients across European markets
  • Proactively engage with clients - outreach, QBRs, check-ins
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build genuine relationships with decision-makers
  • Use data to inform outreach priorities and commercial conversations
  • Monitor account health signals and intervene early
  • Maintain clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Contribute to team learning using Modjo call intelligence
  • Work closely with onboarding, product, and support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years in account management in fintech or B2B SaaS
  • Former outbound or business development experience
  • Commercially sharp mindset
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
  • Fluent in English and a second European language (either Italian, French, German)
  • Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Slack; Modjo or equivalent call tool is a bonus
