About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and operate Kubernetes ecosystem focusing on high availability
- Own and evolve PaaS strategy using GitOps and CI/CD
- Define and implement observability strategy across metrics, logs, and tracing
- Lead the automation of infrastructure using Terraform
- Partner with engineering teams to establish and manage SLOs, SLAs
- Design and participate in regular disaster recovery drills
- Apply AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in high-load, multi-cluster production environments
- Deep experience with GCP and Terraform for large-scale infrastructure
- Solid experience with ArgoCD, GitLab CI, and Infrastructure as Code philosophy
- Deep knowledge of the Prometheus/Grafana stack
- Proven ability to design highly available 24/7 systems
- English level B2+ for effective communication
