- Reduce the time our Operations team spends on manual tasks

Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or internal platforms
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Skilled at critical thinking
- Experienced working with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance
- Strong communicator
- Thrive in high-complexity environments
- Outcome-driven: prioritizing automation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction over processes for their own sake.
