- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Onboarding Automation
- Partner closely with the Operations team to identify inefficiencies
- Translate complex onboarding and KYC/KYB requirements into scalable product flows

Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or internal platforms
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Skilled at critical thinking and defending points of view with data
- Experience with cross-functional teams in Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance
- Strong communicator
- Thrive in complexity with focus on impact and measurable outcomes
- Outcome-driven prioritizing automation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
