- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Onboarding Automation
- Partner closely with the Operations team
- Translate complex onboarding and KYC/KYB requirements into simple, scalable product flows
- Collaborate with Compliance stakeholders
- Use data to uncover bottlenecks and optimize processes
- Champion an evidence-based product culture

Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or internal platforms
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Skilled at critical thinking
- Experienced working with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance
- Strong communicator
- Thrive in high-complexity environments
