About the role
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Onboarding Automation
- Partner closely with the Operations team to identify inefficiencies
- Translate complex onboarding and KYC/KYB requirements into simple, scalable product flows
- Collaborate with Compliance stakeholders
- Use data to uncover bottlenecks and measure automation impact
- Champion an evidence-based product culture
- Navigate complexity and multiple stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or internal platforms
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Skilled at critical thinking
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and (ideally) Compliance
- Strong communicator
- Thrive in high-complexity environments with multiple stakeholders
- Outcome-driven
