About the role
- Own design delivery across the full product lifecycle
- Translate complex business and user problems into clear, user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Create essential design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Contribute actively to the design system
- Participate in usability testing and feedback loops
- Support high-priority initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished execution
- Experience working on complex platforms with multiple user flows, states, and feature dependencies
- Confidence working in cross-functional squads with engineers, analysts, and product managers
- Ability to rationalize design decisions using data, research insights, and customer feedback
- A strong foundation of curiosity, pragmatism, and high design quality
