About the role
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Security & Authorisation
- Work with engineers and security experts to strengthen application security
- Develop and enhance authentication and authorisation mechanisms
- Support customer protection initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog
- Collect feedback from customers and internal teams
- Use data and user insights to measure the impact of security improvements
- Stay informed about emerging trends in authentication, fintech security, and usability best practices
Requirements
- You have 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to security, authentication, or technical infrastructure
- You understand how web and mobile applications work and can discuss implementation details confidently with engineers
- You are passionate about protecting customers and believe that the best security solutions are the ones that users barely notice
- You are structured and delivery-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining clarity in execution
- You enjoy turning technical challenges into clear, customer-focused product outcomes
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can explain complex ideas simply
- You are curious, responsible, and eager to grow your expertise in product management and fintech security
