About the role
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Security & Authorisation, focusing on both protection and customer experience.
- Work with engineers and security experts to strengthen application security, addressing vulnerabilities and improving system resilience.
- Develop and enhance authentication and authorisation mechanisms, including login, multi-factor authentication, device management, and signing flows.
- Support customer protection initiatives, building safeguards against third-party fraud while keeping access easy and smooth for legitimate users.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of security features.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, transforming technical requirements and internal feedback into actionable tasks.
- Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to identify pain points and guide decisions that protect users without adding unnecessary friction.
- Use data and user insights to measure the impact of security improvements and propose optimisations.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in authentication, fintech security, and usability best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to security, authentication, or technical infrastructure.
- Understand how web and mobile applications work and can discuss implementation details confidently with engineers.
- Passionate about protecting customers and believe that the best security solutions are the ones that users barely notice.
- Structured and delivery-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining clarity in execution.
- Enjoy turning technical challenges into clear, customer-focused product outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can explain complex ideas simply.
- Curious, responsible, and eager to grow expertise in product management and fintech security.
- Nice to Have: Background or education in computer science, cybersecurity, or information systems.
