About the role

  • You'll lead a domain team with real ownership and autonomy over what you build and how you build it.
  • You challenge problem framing with your PM partner, ensure the team solves the right problems, and think in terms of business outcomes, not just technical outputs.
  • You help the team understand ROI and prioritize based on value and effort.
  • You take ownership of both outcomes and people.
  • You drive predictable delivery by partnering tightly with Product and Design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development building data-intensive production systems
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams
  • Deep technical knowledge: hands-on experience with at least one of the common general-purpose languages and platforms (C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, Go), distributed architectures, databases, messaging and queueing systems.
  • Experience in product-led organizations, ideally with international scope
  • Strong business acumen – you connect engineering work to revenue, retention, and trust
  • Comfortable with product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion funnels)
  • Exceptional communication in English across all audiences
  • A builder's mentality: you care about shipping great products and growing great teams
