Key responsibilities & impact

Independently plan and manage IT projects from concept through successful delivery.
Gather and document customer requirements and prepare specifications and requirements documents (requirements and functional specifications).
Lead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor compliance with quality standards and conduct risk analyses.
Actively participate in technical decisions, particularly in PHP development, and support the team with complex issues.
Regularly coordinate with clients and stakeholders, present project results, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate efficiently with minimal meetings, primarily in writing via Slack.
Collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and time zones, where asynchronous work is important.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in web development.
Strong knowledge of PHP and web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, organizational talent and assertiveness.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.
