- Own the entire sales cycle in a B2B environment, from lead generation to contract closing
- Targeted acquisition of new customers for analytics products and development of long-term customer relationships
- Identify concrete use cases for data-driven solutions and position them with customers
- Represent the company at trade shows, events and customer meetings, and actively build networks
- Develop existing customers further and realize cross-selling and upselling potential
- Work closely with internal teams to develop market-fit solutions and sales strategies
- Analyze market and competitor trends to derive concrete sales measures
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the banking/FinTech environment or comparable professional experience, with proven success in B2B sales within this sector
- Goal-oriented approach, confident presence, and strong assertiveness and persuasive skills at all levels
- Knowledge of data- and AI-based solutions with the ability to clearly and convincingly articulate their value to customers
- Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style with clear responsibility for pipeline and forecasting
- Very good German and English skills
- Strategic thinking and planning ability in sales initiatives
