About the role

  • Your day-to-day: ownership instead of mere account management
  • You structure and own partner onboarding: clear playbooks, training & certifications — no bespoke one-offs, but scalable standards
  • You ensure new partners go live quickly: onboard first customers, stabilize usage, and consistently shorten Time-to-First-Value
  • You develop existing partners further: identify growth opportunities, launch campaigns and expansions, and feed real-usage feedback back into the product
  • You manage the partner base using data: Health Scores, quarterly reviews, and clear escalations when partners underperform
  • You work closely with Channel Sales, Marketing and Product — with a focus on impact, not coordination.

Requirements

  • You have practical experience in Partner Success, Customer Success or Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You can work in a structured way and build scalable enablement models: playbooks, training formats, and clear activation stages.
  • You are data-driven: activation rates, Time-to-Value, NRR and Health Scores are metrics you use to steer performance.
  • You spot early when partners are at risk of stagnating — and you take action.
  • You communicate clearly, reliably and solution-oriented: with partners, Sales and Product.
  • You are able to set priorities independently: focus on partners with potential and consciously decide against investing in partners without development prospects.
Benefits
  • Clear responsibilities and support: with us you know exactly what is expected of you, and you work in an environment where mistakes are treated as valuable learning opportunities.
  • Shared commitment to outstanding results: our team passionately strives for excellence and views your contribution as indispensable. Together we achieve great things.
  • Individual development and personal accountability: we encourage self-motivation and your own responsibility to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Dynamic feedback for continuous learning: you receive direct and timely feedback so you can respond quickly to change and continuously improve.
  • Open communication and personal growth: we practice open communication and actively support you in shaping your personal and professional development.
  • Solution orientation and company success focus: our goal is to deliver results that advance the company. Your commitment to that success is highly valued.
  • Team days, summer and Christmas parties: shared events to build team spirit and enjoyment at work.
  • Corporate benefits: enjoy a range of discounts and offers.
  • Dog-friendly workplaces: bring your best friend to work.
  • Bike leasing: benefit from a bike leasing program — eco-friendly and a great way to stay fit.
