About the role

  • You structure and own partner onboarding: clear playbooks, training & certifications — not ad hoc tinkering but scalable standards.
  • You ensure new partners go live quickly: onboard initial customers, stabilize usage, and consistently shorten time-to-first-value.
  • You develop existing partners further: identify growth opportunities, initiate campaigns and expansions, and feed real-usage feedback back into the product.
  • You manage the portfolio based on metrics: health scores, quarterly reviews, and clear escalations when partners underperform.
  • You work closely with Channel Sales, Marketing, and Product — focusing on impact, not coordination for its own sake.

Requirements

  • You take ownership for the success of partners in the portfolio.
  • You treat usage, revenue, and retention as your outcomes — not responsibilities for other teams.
  • You have hands-on experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You know how to move partners from "signed" to "productive".
  • You can work in a structured way and build scalable enablement models: playbooks, training formats, clear activation stages.
  • You are data-driven: activation rates, time-to-value, NRR (Net Revenue Retention) and health scores are your control metrics.
  • You recognize early when partners risk stagnating — and you intervene.
  • You communicate clearly, reliably and solution-oriented with partners, Sales, and Product.
  • You are able to set priorities independently: focus on partners with potential and make deliberate decisions to deprioritize partners without growth prospects.
