About the role

  • Break down existing marketing processes (e.g., ABM, social media, research, campaigns)
  • Build and operate internal AI marketing agents
  • Design end-to-end workflows from ICP definition to campaign iteration
  • Integrate modern tools and platforms (LLMs, Clay, Zapier, Make, CRM systems)
  • Continuously test and improve prompts, agent logic, and data flows
  • Measure business impact (pipeline, leads, efficiency, scalability)
  • Work closely with marketing leadership, sales, and executive management

Requirements

  • Several years of marketing experience (B2B, SaaS, growth, demand, content, or performance)
  • Deep understanding of funnel logic, target audiences, positioning, and impact
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations — not just experimental but in production
  • Ability to decompose problems into systems and rebuild them
  • Curiosity, self-drive, and a desire to question the status quo
  • Enjoy taking ownership and driving initiatives without rigid instructions
