About the role
- Rapidly enable partners to become productive and increase product usage.
- Structure onboarding (playbooks, training, certifications).
- Get initial customers live quickly and stabilize usage.
- Identify growth paths (add-ons, campaigns) and relay partner feedback into the product.
- Conduct quarterly reviews, manage health scores and handle escalations effectively.
- Measure success by activation rate and time-to-first-value.
- Track expansion/NRR per partner and active users.
- Monitor partner satisfaction (NPS) and the number of trained sellers/consultants.
Requirements
- You enable partners to become productive quickly, expand usage, and secure predictable, recurring revenue.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring onboarding (playbooks, training, certifications).
- Bring first customers live quickly and stabilize adoption.
- Define growth paths (add-ons, campaigns) and feed partner feedback to the product team.
- Run quarterly reviews, manage health scores, and resolve escalations professionally.
