About the role
- Refine channel strategy: You analyze countries & segments, prioritize best-fit partners and channels (≥ €1M ARR potential) and model business cases.
- Make strategic decisions: Together with the Partnerships team, decide whether Direct/Reseller or OEM is the right lever for each market.
- Close deals: You lead conversations from pitch to contract — including cloud marketplace listings, VAR and OEM deals.
- Scale revenue: You drive the channel with >5% monthly growth.
- Build win playbooks: Enablement guides, deal registration flows, QBR templates — you create the blueprint and open up opportunities for new team members.
Requirements
- Proven channel success: At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS channel sales (marketplace, VAR or OEM) and ≥ €5M new business per year.
- SaaS knowledge: REST, OAuth & co. are part of your everyday vocabulary.
- Hands-on & strategic: You have hunter DNA and entrepreneurial thinking — with a clear focus on pipeline, metrics & growth.
- If you miss interim goals, you create a Plan B — no excuses.
- The goal is to standardize individual channels and on that basis build a team that manages and further scales the channel.
