About the role

  • Translate investment strategy, asset allocation views, and market outlooks into actionable client portfolios and solution sets
  • Ensure consistency, suitability, and clarity of investment recommendations across client segments
  • Act as a senior investment authority in complex client situations and strategic discussions
  • Lead and develop professionals within the Investment Solutions Department, setting standards for investment quality, communication, and execution
  • Establish workflows, best practices, and approval processes for investment materials and client proposals
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex investment, product, or portfolio-related matters
  • Oversee product due diligence, selection, and ongoing monitoring across mutual funds, bonds, and equity products
  • Maintain close relationships with asset managers, bond issuers, and partners to stay informed on market developments and opportunities
  • Ensure product usage aligns with client risk profiles and investment objectives
  • Support key client pitches, portfolio reviews, and high-value advisory cases
  • Contribute to revenue growth by improving solution relevance, client conversion, and retention
  • Represent the Investment Solutions function in meetings with high-net-worth and institutional clients when required
  • Act as a key investment spokesperson for the firm, communicating investment views, market perspectives, and portfolio positioning to the public and investors
  • Represent the firm in external forums such as seminars, client events, media interviews, webinars, and industry conferences
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to develop consistent, compliant, and credible investment messaging
  • Ensure investment solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
  • Review and approve key client-facing and public investment materials
  • Maintain robust documentation supporting investment rationale and portfolio decisions
  • Work closely with Investment Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Provide investment input into new product launches and platform expansion initiatives
  • Support RM and internal training programs on investment products, portfolio construction, and market themes

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or asset management
  • Strong expertise in mutual funds; equity and fixed income advisory experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to translate investment views into client-ready portfolios and solutions
  • Experience leading or mentoring investment or advisory professionals
  • Strong public communication and presentation skills, including experience speaking to clients or external audiences
  • Solid understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance analysis
  • Fluency in Thai; professional proficiency in English
  • Bonus: CFA charterholder (or progress toward CFA); experience with Bloomberg Terminal or Morningstar Direct
