Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining parts and warehouse operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and stocking strategies to ensure optimal parts availability.
  • Oversee procurement, receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution of parts and supplies.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of parts and warehouse professionals.
  • Monitor KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, fill rates, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven leadership experience in parts, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work directly with large Mining Customer.
