About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security models
- Configure and maintain custom objects, validation rules, approvals, and Lightning pages
- Build and optimize advanced Flows and automation frameworks
- Design scalable solutions using Flow and platform tools
- Build and maintain lightweight Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and SOQL
- Support basic Lightning Web Components (LWC) where needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and data issues
- Execute controlled configuration and metadata changes
- Contribute to root cause analysis and preventative solutions
- Partner with Tier 2 teams on runbooks and knowledge transfer
- Work across teams to drive best practices and process adoption
- Provide training, documentation, and guidance to users
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (enterprise environment)
- Strong expertise in: Salesforce Flow (advanced) Configuration (objects, validation rules, approvals, security)
- Hands-on experience with: Apex (basic–intermediate) SOQL
- Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience supporting production environments (incident resolution, RCA)
- Strong communication skills with experience training and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with integrations and/or automation tooling
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce certifications ( Administrator, Platform App Builder ) as nice to have
