About the role
- Oversee and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force through strategic management
- Foster close and productive relationships with branch and regional operational managers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of competitive intelligence, product updates, and health and safety information
- Recruit, lead, coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies leveraging SalesLink technology
- Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements
- Over 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic and management roles
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, driving performance, and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable business results
- Deep understanding of business principles and practices
- Extensive knowledge of products and services within the construction industry
