Salary

💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year

About the role

  • Own the clinical policy library. Maintain Finni standards for supervision, parent training, provider-led cancellations, session note quality, treatment plan structure, and incident review.
  • Translate regulation into practice. Keep Finni aligned with BACB, state, and payer requirements, and make those standards actionable to Practice Owners.
  • Understand and action data. Interpret the information at your fingertips, decide what matters, and bring human judgment to the conversation.
  • Represent Finni to payers on clinical judgment. Serve as the clinical voice on payer questions, medical necessity discussions, and escalated clinical disputes.
  • Build the Finni clinical onboarding curriculum for new BCBAs and RBTs joining our practices.
  • Drive CEUs and PDUs across the network including the calendar, content, and completion tracking.
  • Run Clinical Office Hours as a resource for Practice Owners and their clinical leads.
  • Equip PSMs with the clinical context they need on supervision, staffing, and quality.
  • Define and launch the Finni Quality Score, which is the metric that tells us how our clinical program is performing.
  • Deliver treatment plan and clinical reviews for every active practice at least once per year, with written feedback and a PIP where indicated.
  • Co-author Practice Improvement Plans with the PSM to ensure every practice is on track.
  • Stand up an outcomes metric that moves Finni from process quality to client-level outcome quality.

Requirements

  • You are a BCBA with 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally including direct oversight of RBTs and clinical supervision of other BCBAs.
  • You've run a clinical program before as a Clinical Director, BCBA Lead, or senior clinician inside a multi-site practice, and you know what "good" looks like.
  • You are comfortable with data and systems. You can create an AI agent, build a workflow, read a dashboard, spot the real signal, and turn it into a conversation with a Practice Owner.
  • You are a builder. You would rather write the first version of the policy, the curriculum, and the scorecard than inherit them.
  • You are direct and warm. You can deliver a challenging message and leave them motivated, not defensive.
  • You operate with high agency and pace, and you want a role that grows with the company.
Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 15 days PTO + 10 sick days annually
  • 401(k)
  • Remote-first (US-based), with periodic team offsites
