About the role
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 therapy and support for families
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Stay up to date with the latest in ABA best practices
Requirements
- BCBA Certification
- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
- Experience working with children with autism/developmental needs
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- A compassionate, client-first mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help!)
- Ability to meet physical job requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
