Product Designer

• First UI/UX Product Designer to take ownership of user experience and interface design across our platform.
• Partner closely with the CTO, Head of Product, engineers, and other team members.
• Define and own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user flows to polished UI.
• Build a lightweight design system in Figma that enables consistency across our customer- and internal-facing tools.
• Conduct basic user testing and feedback sessions to guide design decisions.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, usable experiences for clinicians and parents.
• Collaborate daily with engineering to ensure designs are practical, clear, and implemented with high fidelity.
• Contribute to the company’s design culture and set the foundation for a future design team.
