About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and support roles (BCBAs, RBTs, administrative roles).
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with practice owners and clinical leadership.
- Maintain excellent candidate communication and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with practice owners and clinical leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Assist with extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth transition into onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment trackers and dashboards; report key hiring metrics.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the company evolves to meet hiring goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably within behavioral health, mental health, ABA therapy, or related fields.
- Strong ability to source both active and passive candidates using various recruitment strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking).
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles such as BCBAs and RBTs and administrative/support roles.
- Ability to conduct initial screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
