About the role
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Implement and monitor behavior plans, providing ongoing evaluation and adjustment as needed.
- Deliver direct behavior intervention services across home, school, and community settings.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including accurate records and data collection.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive, quality care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Experience in early childhood development and education is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
