About the role

  • Hybrid Assistant Clinical Director BCBA role with pathway to Clinical Director.
  • Serve as a clinical leader supporting the Clinical Director and mentoring junior staff.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Oversee implementation of BIPs and monitor client progress.
  • Deliver direct behavior-analytic services in home, school, and community settings.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other providers to ensure skill generalization.
  • Train parents, caregivers, and RBTs in behavior management and data collection.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in clinical meetings and strategic planning.
  • Clinician-centered practice with administrative support and commitment to training, supervision, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB).
  • Current Licensed Behavior Analyst in Michigan
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and clinical excellence.
