About the role
- Hybrid Assistant Clinical Director BCBA role with pathway to Clinical Director.
- Serve as a clinical leader supporting the Clinical Director and mentoring junior staff.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Oversee implementation of BIPs and monitor client progress.
- Deliver direct behavior-analytic services in home, school, and community settings.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other providers to ensure skill generalization.
- Train parents, caregivers, and RBTs in behavior management and data collection.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in clinical meetings and strategic planning.
- Clinician-centered practice with administrative support and commitment to training, supervision, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification (BACB).
- Current Licensed Behavior Analyst in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
- Commitment to ethical standards and clinical excellence.
