At Elevate Behavioral Healthcare (empowered by Finni Health) we help children grow their skills and confidence through high-quality, individualized ABA therapy
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders
Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification as needed
Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans and generalization of skills
Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques and data collection
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and intervention
Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standards
