About the role

  • At Elevate Behavioral Healthcare (empowered by Finni Health) we help children grow their skills and confidence through high-quality, individualized ABA therapy
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders
  • Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification as needed
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans and generalization of skills
  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques and data collection
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and intervention
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standards
