About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support client technical implementation processes.
Actively participate in the product gap analysis process.
Configure new EDI routines according to client or commercial team requests, based on established scopes.
Configure scripts, maps and portals for delivery and implementation of internal and external projects.
Execute required tests using data sets to ensure delivery in a pre-production environment and guarantee quality.
Perform processes according to pre-established schedules agreed with clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT (or completed higher education in Information Technology).
Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or related frameworks.
Knowledge of SQL.
Previous experience in implementation or related areas is desirable.
Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus.
