About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between the team and other departments or clients, ensuring information is communicated clearly and efficiently and aligning expectations and objectives. Handle technical client onboarding processes.
Project Implementation Management: Responsible for configuring and parameterizing systems according to the products contracted by each company, ensuring the solution meets each client’s specific requirements.
Responsible for Test Execution: Prepare and execute all test data required to validate the implemented client flows, ensuring accuracy and stability of the solution before deployment to production.
User Training and Support: Deliver initial and refresher training for end users, Finnet teams, and staff within our business unit as needed. Promote effective adoption of new tools or systems and provide ongoing support by answering questions and resolving issues that arise after implementation.
Change Management (GMUD): Monitor and perform application updates, ensuring data integrity and consistency during the process, and conduct rigorous tests to validate functionality of deployed systems.
Support Ticket Handling: Analyze and resolve tickets submitted by teams that interface with clients. Focus on identifying and addressing root causes to ensure effective resolution and compliance with established SLAs.
Client Documentation Creation: Document client workflows related to company products, ensuring a robust, structured knowledge base to support both internal teams and customer service.
Data Mapping (de-para): Execute data mappings according to specifications provided by banks and established layouts, ensuring correct preparation and upload of files to our platforms.
Quality Assurance of Activities: The Mid-level Client Implementation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of deliverables throughout the onboarding of new clients to the platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed in IT or a related field
Knowledge of agile methodologies – Scrum
Proven experience in technical implementations, especially with EDI in billing/collections flows, Pix and card transactions
Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), specifically in billing/collections, Pix and cards
Experience with APIs and Postman
Familiarity with Jira
Demand and priority management
Knowledge of agile methodologies – Scrum
Intermediate Excel skills
