About the role
- Disseminate agile practices within squads and departments that support the teams;
- Define roles and responsibilities within each project;
- Support and/or lead planning processes related to scope, schedule, quality and risk management;
- Recommend the most appropriate tools and actions for each project's situation;
- Monitor project progress to ensure planned activities are executed, identify deviations, prioritize requests and escalate issues that have a negative impact on stakeholders;
- Help remove day-to-day impediments by involving the necessary parties and guiding the team toward solutions;
- Interact with leadership to identify systemic problems and opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Provide transparency on the progress of requests using visual tools;
- Apply metrics to drive process improvement;
- Support team members in resolving conflicts;
- Maintain an organized routine and exercise critical judgment to keep project documentation up to date in the corresponding repository;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Experience providing technical support;
- Experience in client/customer relations;
- Computer/IT skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple departments;
- Dynamic;
- Analytical;
- Proactive;
- Collaborative.
