About the role
- Create and develop high-quality financial solutions (web and mobile applications) with a strong focus on user experience.
- Collaborate with the product team (multidisciplinary team) to build solutions that translate the company’s strategy into product features and functionality.
- Apply investigative skills to evaluate solutions, assess impacts and risks, and estimate effort.
- Identify and propose services that can be developed.
- Monitor the product in production and resolve issues (this is essential — issues will arise and will test everyone’s reasoning and responsiveness).
- Assist the Quality Analyst in developing the Q&A strategy.
- Share knowledge with team members to support group growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge in systems analysis, architecture, and development.
- Experience with and knowledge of:
- - Java 11+
- - Quarkus
- - PostgreSQL
- - AWS Cloud
- - Azure DevOps
- - SonarQube
- - Unit, integration, and automated testing
- - SCRUM
- - Experience developing financial solutions (particularly for billing/collections);
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously — “don’t just wait for orders; tell us what we should do.”
- Ability to work in horizontal, multidisciplinary teams.
