About the role

  • Create and develop high-quality financial solutions (web and mobile applications) focused on user experience.
  • Work closely with the product team (multidisciplinary) to build solutions that translate the company's strategy into product features and functionality.
  • Exercise your investigative mindset... you'll need it to evaluate solutions, assess impacts and risks, and estimate effort.
  • Identify and propose services that can be developed.
  • Monitor the product in production and troubleshoot issues (this is essential — issues will occur and will test everyone's problem-solving and responsiveness).
  • Assist the Quality Analyst in developing the QA strategy.
  • Share knowledge with team members to support the group's development.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of systems analysis, architecture, and development.
  • Familiarity and experience with:
  • - Java 11+
  • - Quarkus
  • - PostgreSQL
  • - Azure DevOps
  • - Unit, integration, and automated testing
  • - Scrum
  • Experience developing financial solutions (particularly those focused on billing/collections).
  • Be self-taught and able to work autonomously — don't just wait for orders; tell us what needs to be done.
  • Ability to work in flat, multidisciplinary teams.
