About the role

  • In the Small Accounts team, you play a central role in managing our B2B clients with vehicle fleets of six to 13 vehicles.
  • After the Sales team successfully closes a contract, you are the primary point of contact for our existing clients and support them throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • As an Account Manager, you are responsible for personal consultation and long-term retention of our existing clients—especially when it comes to renewing existing subscriptions or booking a follow-up subscription.
  • With a keen sense for individual requirements and preferences, you work with our clients to develop tailored mobility solutions and ensure they always enjoy an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a (bachelor's) degree or vocational training.
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Your entrepreneurial mindset makes you a competent point of contact who collaborates with prospective clients to develop solutions.
  • You are an excellent communicator—both written and verbal. You easily adapt to different conversation partners.
  • You are structured and challenge existing processes.
  • You speak German at native level and are proficient in English.
