About the role
- Lead & Elevate Your Team: As a leader, you will build an ambitious sales team that outperforms. You combine clear targets and KPI transparency with individual coaching, talent development and motivation — raising your team’s performance across the entire sales cycle to the next level.
- Own Pipeline & Revenue: You take full responsibility for pipeline health and revenue. With accurate forecasts, clear management of win rates, and consistent performance management, you ensure reliable and sustainable target achievement.
- Raise the Bar on Sales Excellence: Implement best-in-class sales methods (e.g., BANT), conduct precise deal reviews, and continuously raise the standard in discovery, negotiation, and execution.
- Drive Performance Through Data: Use KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate deal velocity and revenue growth.
- Collaborate to Win as One Team: Work closely with other departments to create a seamless customer journey — from the first touchpoint to long-term customer success.
Requirements
- Proven B2B Closer: 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B sales. You have a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Emerging Sales Leader: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience. You know how to develop talent, raise performance standards, and lead by example.
- Strategic & Hands-on: You think holistically (GTM strategy, account strategy, growth levers) and also dive into active deals to bring them to a successful close.
- Method-Driven & Data-Savvy: You are comfortable with structured sales methodologies (e.g., BANT) and use CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) to manage pipeline and performance.
- Persuasive Communicator: You are structured in your communication and are willing to challenge existing processes.
- Languages: You speak fluent German and proficient English.
